The type of decor elements we offer includes pipe & drape, stages, dance floor, lounge furniture & specialty bars. Our 35,00 sq ft warehouse in Jessup, MD contains all of the elements/inventory needed to provide these event decor services.

Event Stagehand
We are looking for a number of Full-time and Part-time qualified candidates to install and strike event décor. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Install and strike pipe and drape, staging, furniture and dance floor
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stress
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Drive company box trucks with valid DOT physical card.
- Work closely with the warehouse team during the loading process to ensure all necessary items arrive to the show site in good condition
Recommended Qualifications:
- Able to work long shifts standing, lifting and bending and flexible schedules to include evenings and weekends.
- Covid-19 Vaccination Required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able or willing to learn to drive vans and 16′ to 26′ ft. straight box trucks is a strong plus
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
- Able to read and write in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years relevant work experience recommended but not required. We are willing to train capable individual in the skillset
- Minimum 4 hour shifts guaranteed
- Overtime between midnight and 6am
- Overtime time on our 6 holidays. Double time between Midnight and 6am on Holidays.
- Competitive pay based on experience starting at $18.00 an hour

Lead Stagehand
We are looking for a number of Full-time and Part-time qualified candidates to lead crews and install and strike event décor on event sites in and around the DC area. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Act as company representative on-site to ensure client needs are met
- Lead crews on-site to successfully complete each job to the highest standards
- Coordinate with sales and operations team to prepare and debrief before and after each event.
- Train crew in best practices and safety standards
- Install and strike pipe and drape, staging, dance floor, and decor
- Provide feedback to operations manager regarding crew performance
- Load and unload trucks
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stress
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Drive company box trucks with valid DOT physical card.

- Track time for crew on-site

Event Services Assistant
We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with our sales team to help support and aid them with administrative & operational tasks.
Day to day tasks:
Customer Service –
- Answering the phones and assisting or directing callers to the appropriate person(s).
- Following up on emails. All must be responded to within 24 business hours.
- Assembling quotes using our online inventory & quote system, all with impeccable accuracy.
- Supporting other team members to ensure timely customer service.
- Revising contracts, getting signatures & payments.
- Notifying and coordinating with the operations team all pertinent details.
- Updating digital files with all the latest details.
- Processing data and generating reports.
- Meeting with clients onsite.
- Visiting and documenting new venues and event sites.
- Sorting, scanning, and organizing files. (Paper & digital)
- Communicating with management teams on any needs or areas of concern that may affect other departments.
Requirements:
- Basic Math (Geometry lover a plus!)
- Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs.
- Proficient in office computer software use (GSuite & Microsoft Office Suite)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- Capability to meet all deadlines

Event Sales Executive
Our ideal candidate loves taking care of details and being part of a team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, as well as accurate and prompt quotes.
Essential Functions & Duties:
Direct contact with current and future clients
Answering the phones to direct callers to the appropriate person.
Monitoring and tracking of clients requesting information
Work with team members to address technical questions, verify discounts and identify any potential additional services.
Assemble quotes, including help with specifications, discounting and pricing.
Keeping up with correspondence and have accountable response times
Continuation of customer service standards
Help the department stay on track by using your eye for detail and passion for order.
Ability to process data to format and generate reports
Maintain meticulous records for later reference and reporting.
Communication with management teams on any needs or areas of concern that may affect other departments.
